IFBA assists the Indonesian Biorisk Association and Malaysia Biosafety & Biosecurity Association with new Sustainability and Strategic Plans

The IFBA, in collaboration with the International Management & Development Program, recently implemented a series of activities to assist the Malaysia Biosafety & Biosecurity Association (MBBA) and Indonesian Biorisk Association (IBA) in revitalizing of their strategic and resource mobilization plans. Following a 4 day workshop held in Kuala Lumpur, each of the Associations completed their new 3 year strategy and set realistic strategic goals and resource mobilization targets. The end result for each, is an organization that is measurably more effective, efficient, and productive in its core business, better nested among local governments, more accountable to its stakeholders, more credible with potential donors, and more successful in delivering valued projects locally, with lasting results.
