Administrative Manager

Louise Ems is responsible for overseeing all the administrative functions and financial matters of the IFBA Secretariat.

She is a highly skilled and dedicated professional with over 25 years of experience managing the administration of small, large, complex, national and international projects. Louise acts as a liaison between our Member Biosafety Associations and funders as they work together to deliver projects on-time and on-budget. She is solution oriented and deeply committed to ensuring a successful outcome for every funder she works with and every Association she supports.
