Registration is now open for the IFBA’s Global Voices conference “Celebrating Diversity in Biosafety & Biosecurity” to be held from January 22-24, 2025, in Arusha, Tanzania. Join us for this dynamic event which presents a remarkable opportunity to meet each other in-person and share unique perspectives from all corners of the globe.
Pre-Conference Workshops
Prior to the conference from January 20-21, 2025, we are excited to offer the following pre-conference workshops:
- Cyberbiosecurity (2 full days)
- Biological Risk Assessment (1 day)
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (half day)
- Dual Use Research & Bioethics (half day)
Participants will also be given the opportunity to purchase a voucher for an online IFBA Professional Certification exam. The workshops are in addition to the conference program and have an additional registration fee.
Registration Fees
The IFBA’s conference registration fees have been set to enable accessibility for our diverse global biosafety community. A limited number of grants for complementary conference registration will be offered to selected individuals from low-income countries who are implementing the IFBA’s Diversity/Equity/Inclusion Tool within their organizations.
