Mr. Ronaldo Esguerra Puno, is a Medical Technologist by profession and the current President of BioRisk Association of the Philippines (BRAP). He is part of Health Security Partners’ Regional Biosecurity Group in Asia and IFBA Global Membership Committee.

He is a top graduate of a Certified Biosafety Professional Expertise Training Course conferred by CRDF-Global, with double certification in Biological Risk Management and Biological Risk Assessment from IFBA. He completed Biosafety Training Courses in the Philippines and holds certifications from Sandia National Laboratories which includes IATA’s training on transport of dangerous goods and cyberbiosecurity
He is known for his strong advocacy in biorisk management nationwide.
