The Global Voices Conference will host a poster session to be displayed in person at the conference venue. Poster presenters must register for the conference and be present during the dedicated poster session scheduled for the afternoon of Friday, January 24^th. Winners of the best poster awards will be announced during the conference closing ceremony.

• All poster presenters must print and bring a hard copy of their poster to the conference.
• Posters must be laid out in portrait format with a maximum A0 size of 841mm (width) x 1189mm (height) (33inches x 46inches).
• Posters should be designed using a font size that is easily readable from at least 5 feet away. Posters should be self-explanatory but not comprehensive. Elaborate on the topic during conversations with conference participants.
• A dedicated poster board will be reserved for each poster and materials to mount posters will be available in the poster exhibition space.
• Posters will remain up for the duration of the conference and can be set up on Tuesday January 21^st between 5pm & 8pm, and, on Wednesday January 22^nd between 7am and 1pm.
• Posters must be dismantled on Friday January 24^th at 3:30pm after the conference closing.
