The International Biosafety and Biosecurity Symposium (SIBB) is a specialized meeting for training, analysis, discussion, and proposal development around biological safety and infectious biological materials in Mexico and the region. Health professionals, those in the agricultural and industrial sectors involved in biosafety, biosecurity, biocontainment, biological and biotechnological risk management, and the handling of infectious biological materials, all participate in the SIBB.
