Program Assistant

Lovleen has many years of progressive professional experience with a strong background in administrative coordination, program support, and stakeholder engagement. She has gained experience within healthcare organizations, where valuable skills were acquired in supporting organization wide programs such as Accreditation Canada. She has continuously assisted teams with meeting quality and performance standards. Lovleen has actively been involved with organizing and coordinating staff recognition and award ceremonies while managing logistics, communications and stakeholder engagement to celebrate organizational achievements and foster a culture of excellence.

At the International Federation of Biosafety Associations (IFBA), Lovleen works closely with the larger Secretariat team, particularly the Administrative Manager, to support the implementation and delivery of IFBA’s Certification Program. In this role, active engagement is carried out with IFBA’s global network of Certified Professionals to help ensure a seamless certification experience, while support is provided toward the advancement of the organization’s mission of promoting biosafety and biosecurity worldwide.
