Canadian Association for Biological Safety/L’Association Canadienne Pour La Sécurité Biologique (CABS-ACSB)

CABS-ACSB is a registered not for profit membership based association with a mission to support and develop the profession of biosafety and biosecurity in Canada and to share our knowledge and expertise nationally and internationally. CABS-ACSB provides professional development for the biosafety and biosecurity community within Canada and internationally by hosting the Canadian Biosafety Symposium. CABS-ACSB is also establishing a recognized registration system for Biosafety/Biosecurity officers and ensures involvement of CABS/ACSB on the national and international stage by participation in governmental, industrial, academic and international consultation processes and providing subject matter expertise to stakeholder communities.
